Costs for your desired notarial activities<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The fees for notarial services are set by the legislator in the Law on Court and Notarial Fees.<\/h2><\/div>

The fees actually incurred generally comprise a certification fee, an execution fee and fees for ancillary activities of the notary, e.g. for monitoring the due date for payment of the purchase price or costs for deposit in a trust account (notary escrow account). In addition, there are expenses for postage, sending files, copying costs and land register inspections.<\/p>\n

As an indication, some sample fees are listed below. However, the actual fees incurred may differ from these. The statutory value added tax must also be added.<\/p>\n<\/div>
